In June I attended Cannes Lions, the advertising counterpart of the Cannes Film Festival as a videographer on behalf of Studio Her. I filmed several organisations, including the Dutch Embassy and RAW, and took charge of the full post-production process, including colour grading and sound design. I always aim for a cohesive storyline, where the clips fit together as a whole.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the festival, I had to adopt a run-and-gun filming approach, which left no room for using LAV mics nor stabilizers.
